Catering a bagel spread from your favorite local bagel shop

We have Bubbie’s Bagels in Traverse City - and how lucky are we that the bagels are actually good! I’m ordering 2 dozen for 20 people (which is more than double what is recommended) - but they freeze well! Get the schmear (obviously).
