Potato Party recs needed! My husband’s sole request for his 50th bday is to have a party in honor of his favorite food: the humble potato. It’s gonna be a potluck, but please make recommendations for a main/central dish that has protein in it, as well as tips for how not to end up with a beige buffet

The perfect party centerpiece! Can be served cold or room temp, so you can make it early in the day and not stress at party time. I had tried and failed another recipe, but Alison Roman’s video really walks you through it. Also, for a potato themed party, I recommend decorating with loads of Mr. Potato Heads
