Countertop Ice Maker (26lbs per day): I know additional counter space isn’t ideal, but this ice maker really changed our lives for the better…it makes great “McDonald’s Coke”-style ice extremely quickly (like, 10 minutes quickly), and all you have to do is fill the chamber with water once it’s used up! So easy to just scoop ice into a glass and go!

Tovolo King Cube Ice Mold: These are the big boys - also on sale for a steal if you order from the brand direct. Run don't walk.

Tovolo Cube Trays Set of 2 - Small : These are not the cheapest you can get but they are the best and they are WORKHORSES - for cubes, herbs, oils, fats, pureed fruit (so good for all kinds of shrubs and mock or cocktails all year long when fruit is out of season) Fantastic for cubes for sure but also for a TON of other stuff - the cubes are perfect squares so the individual cubes store flat and stack when you need them too.

I've got 4 sets of them and 2 sets of the large ones too.🤦🏻‍♀️
On sale if you order them from the brand directly.

I am a no Amazon at all costs person BUT this is a product that doesn't have good distro. So here's the dreaded Amazon link too.

Lékué Ice Tray & Box: THIS IS MY HOLY GRAIL of ice cubes / boxes - I even considered bringing it with me for a month in Canada. 🤣🧊 I've had mine for wow 7 years and will not live without one no matter what the ice maker is in the house.

I am a no Amazon at all costs person BUT this is a product that doesn't have distro in the US after the ☠️ of Food 52 RIP.
