I really want to get better at sewing! I'm a total newbie and the only thing I've done (not very well) is hem a pair of pants and make a little bag. What are some great newbie sewing projects, resources, or some beginner patterns to help hone my skills?

From one beginning sewer to another, this is not as difficult as it looks! I love my new bestie bag and it helped me develop some essential skills (sewing in a zipper?! I did that?! Holy cow!) I love BF’s patterns and their fabrics are so dreamy. Def give them a try!
