Postcards: I Got Up by On Kawara

From 1968 to 1979 the Japanese conceptual artist On Kawara mailed over 8,000 travel/tourist postcards to friends, stamped with the time he awoke. This small pamphlet-book reproduces some of them, a temporal record of the tourism images during the era and Kawara’s life rhythms. I just like this. You might too.
