The Count of Monte Cristo (penguin classics translation)

Kate

“Don’t mess with Edmond. This book is unbelievably good, was worried my attention span too janky for the 1200 pages, but it kept me entranced.”

Jules

“You gotta be patient with this one bc the setup takes a minute. But whoo boy you’ll have a lot of fun once it does.”

Mary Kathryn Paynter

“For a book that is 180 years old, it is unbelievably gripping and still a joy to read, every time.”
