A quaint hotel that has been passed through generations and is currently owned and operated by an 80 something year-old Italian nonna. This hotel is nestled at the bottom of a mountain in Sardinia, Italy and is full of vibrant color, artisanal work from the local area, and just immaculate vibes. They host various experiences from beekeeping to ceramics to experiential dinners. The Dinner in the vegetable garden is an experience I’ll never forget, much in thanks to the fact that we were seated next to a couple who have been together for 50 years and shared their life story and travels with us. I also won’t forget taking the embroidery class and being gently yelled at by another Italian nonna for not doing the damn thing right — fair enough!

“Beautiful setting with amazing views, but the highlight is the feast of Sardinian cooking for dinner.”

“I’m a sucker for a great hotel, okay? Truly a hotel’s target audience. But this one is special and Sardinia was such an unexpected, self assured, original place and I’d like to go back right now”
