Paquebot Café

The Drawn & Quarterly bookstore and Buckminster Fuller’s Biosphere have gotten their Rec League flowers, so here’s a humble coffee shop I wish was in my neighborhood. Besides nice baristas and a well-considered menu, Paquebot has coffee lemonade on tap that’s damn refreshing (and that combo makes me leery). It’s also sold in cases illustrated like pink trucks! We have one parked in our fridge, but the supplier recently stopped shipping to the States 😔
