“By far my fave book in which humans are farmed and slaughtered and eaten by yuppies! RATING: 🥩🥩🥩🥩”

Gabriela Wilson

“"Come with me as I clock in for my job at a slaughterhouse that processes human beings," basically. Prose makes an extremely tough-to-swallow read extremely binge-able. Apologies for the awful puns. You'll think "I'll never read this again" throughout and then the ending hits you like a Mack truck and you know you'll have to come back at some point. Truly fantastic.”

“is it horror? speculative fiction? sci-fi? i don't care, it's weird and moving and realistic and surreal and very human and slightly uncomfortable.”
