The Howling (1981) by Joe Dante

DAY FOUR

In the Mount Rushmore of Werewolf movies, I think this Joe Dante classic deserves a spot.

The story revolves around a traumatized news anchor Karen(played by horror royal Dee Wallace Stone) whose cooperation with police in catching her stalker (who also happens to be a serial killer) results in a sudden amnesia. Karen's therapist recommends her to convalesce in an off-the-grid kind of wellness retreat called The Colony, a place he sends his other patients...and things get a little hairy.
