Inspired by a collection of short stories by Sheridan Le Fanu (the fella who wrote the vampiric sapphic classic Carmilla), this is an early vampire film horror enthusiasts should check out.

Haunting, poetic with some very impressive filming technique, particularly the shots within the coffin and the ghost imagery.
