What's an album or song that illustrates the human experience?

It sounds strange but I feel this album more than I hear it and I've never really understood why.

I heard "Us and Them" when I was 12. My heart and brain went aflutter.

Oh absolutely, I feel like this album has always been floating around in the aether, and all Pink Floyd did was put it to tape

“Just put it on and let it ride. I cannot count the number of times I played this while writing my thesis.”
