The best. I not vegan and love cheese, but I somehow prefer this nutritional yeast based popcorn over cheesy popcorn. I probably eat it every day. I think Samin Nosrat has a good recipe to recreate it, but I usually just buy the original in bulk whenever I find it in stores.
