Shave your head!

How much time, money, energy, power, brain power does hair cost women? You can’t really know until you shave your head. I threw out literally garbage bags-full of hair supplies, products, doodads. My brain and my day feels lighter because I’m not constantly stressing about my dang hair. My scalp is finally healthier. The most empowering, thrillingly freeing thing I’ve ever done. I get compliments from people (mostly other women, which is really uplifting) every day. Now it costs me $25 to get my head shaved at the barber shop, and they do the hot towel and neck massage. So luxe.
