every week in my house about 1-2 bananas reach peak ripeness— then in the freezer they go!
i just pop them in there, skin on, and then thaw them when it's time to make a batch of banana bread, waffles, or smoothies.

Skin on!?! Say more, is there a benefit to ‘on’ or off? We take it off, does it matter…

honestly i just started chucking them in there skin on without much thought. maybe i should start taking the skin off 🤔

I always do mine skinned in thirds on a baking sheet - but that said I only use mine for smoothies!

Grew up with skin on and meant to thaw and go into banana bread, but I do skin off into a baggiebecause they get a little less mushy
