and if the SNL cast takes them to stay healthy during their busy/stressful season, it should be good for me! Also, as mentioned in the article, the tablets NOT the capsules are more effective. However, the tablets are big and taste bad. You’ll need some time to get used to it, but we call them horse pills at our house for that reason.
