They’re a husband and wife team. The husband, Andrew, is a ceramic artist, and started making these giant terracotta amphorae for aging their wines. This results in a very different expression of some familiar grapes; they make one of the only chardonnays I’ve ever enjoyed. I adore their Aequalis, a blend of Pinot Noir and Gris, which is both fermented and aged in the amphorae. Of their Pinot Noir, Creta is my favorite. Other notable mentions are their Sincerus Riesling (estate grown) and their Gamay, which they have planted but for now are sourcing from other local vineyards. If you go for a tasting, Will is lovely and would take the best care of you. I recommend pre-ordering a charcuterie snack plate with your reservation.

Antica Terra

One more also to consider is Antica Terra which is considered a “premium winery experience”. The website has different experiences and you can see past tasting menus to see if it’s something that would fit your tastes. They offer tastings of 8 wines and it is $175/pp for the experience (reservations here)
