Coffee somms, snobs, and amateurs, what are your favorite beans for brewing at home? Seeking passionate recs!! Must be tasty, and the more sustainable/ethical the better. (I do have a grinder and use French press if it matters)

We order 2 lbs bags every other week; they’re roasted Monday and shipped the same day, we get them Wednesday. Fresh, affordable, interesting beans (every once in awhile we get Yemeni coffee beans, the best beans imho)
