I misread a party invitation from acquaintances and showed up at a housewarming a week early! The hosts were still very gracious and invited me in for a quick hang. Is there something cute I could bring when I show up to the real party?
Because there is an episode of Curb where he does this (but a week later) to get out of attending a party.
