Office Parm

I like to keep a thing of shredded parmigian at work to spruce up leftovers, because the microwave makes most things a little sad. Also a little thing of maldon salt.

Do i sometimes have a shredded parm snack in the afternoon? That’s between me and the security guard who is surely judging me.
