Chance the Snapper

An extremely exciting local news event in Chicago circa 2019: an alligator was on the loose in Humboldt Park, spotted two blocks from where we were living at the time. The guy who caught him threw out the first pitch at Wrigley Field. It was a whole thing. Every once in a while I’ll tell my kids about this and they’ll be like, “we know, you told us already”
