If you want to try light therapy but are like “I can’t sit in front of a SAD lamp for half an hour, I have stuff to do,” this works. You can even wear them WITH glasses (as I do, every morning). The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever bought but every time I wear them I think wow, I’m really ahead of the curve with this one.
