Cardamom buns

I’ve been on a nonstop cardamom bun kick ever since I visited Stockholm earlier this year. How did it take me this long to know that cinnamon rolls had an older (and more refined) cousin!? I love how balanced the sweetness is. Perfect morning treat without the major sugar rush.Cardamom bun pictured is from the Swedish American Museum Cafe in Chicago. 10/10
