Scoria Cork Yoga Mat

7 years ago, I spent $100 on this yoga mat. I never did become a yoga guy… but I did become an all-purpose cork mat guy.

Roll this thing out, do your work.

For a thing whose sole purpose is to serve as a barrier between my sweaty body parts and the ground, it somehow doesn’t get gross. I hose it off with a touch of dish soap now and then.

After all the use and abuse, it’s only now started fraying a bit at the edges. But I like to think that yoga mats are like work boots: you risk looking like a kook if they’re not worn in.
