Towns in the Southern Midwest that scratch these itches: nature, alternative living folks (back to the Earth esque), a great food co op. I may need to move from my West Coast hippie haven (Olympic Pen, WA) & I’m scouting out what spot has the best feel! I’m open to small towns & small cities within driving distance of St. Louis. I’ve been interested in Asheville & NW Arkansas so far.
