When I turned 28 and still didn't have a serious boyfriend, my parents gave me this mixer that they had thought they might one day get me for a wedding present. Yes, old-school on all counts but this mixer has kept me company throughout my entire adult life, giving me priceless entertainment, nourishment, and fun. I use it to make bread dough, naan dough, my nana's rolls for the holidays, cookies, cakes, and pasta (using an additional attachment). It is a power tool in the kitchen and my faithful baking companion. I now have a husband and kids who all love to use it with me now. Worth every penny!
