Since I’m a recently engaged woman, I feel like I have the right to name a recipe “marry me” miso pasta. This is my perfect summer recipe. It’s bright & vibrant, while still being salty & savory. It emphasizes the flavor of peak summer tomatoes at their best. If I had a restaurant, this would definitely be on the menu.
