What are your best Trader Joe’s recipe hacks? Mine is veg fried rice + scrambled egg + rotiss chicken. We need more like this!

Veggie fried rice + cauliflower fried rice: If you’re trying to reduce carbs or increase veggies, for yourself or picky eaters, make half a portion of the regular fried rice with half a portion of the cauliflower fried rice. I did this once by accident and didn’t notice the cauliflower fried rice in there at all!

The Best Vegetarian Meals at Trader Joe’s: A bunch of great ideas in this Bon Appetit link, but the green onion pancake/ scrambled egg suggestion is the one I’ve made on repeat. To simplify further, I just fold my pancake in half with scrambled egg inside (like a quesadilla) rather than attempting to roll it up as the recipe suggests. Also more into sriracha as a topping than the TJs chili crunch.
