Would you enjoy to explain this in more detail? :) For example, is there a different type of list in each location... so meal plan goes at kitchen chair... my week goes at couch... random ideas list goes next to bed? So the list type matches its context for when you might actually look at and make use of that list? Did I get it right?

Yes! It started as just plain notebooks in every seated location and then evolved to fit my needs. The chair I sit in first thing has notecards to write "to do list" and then stick on the wall. The chair I sit at randomly throughout the day has two pads of paper specifically branded for "to do" and "food" and I write on them after I do a task. I tried to write the tasks in before but that prevented me from doing anything. If I add the task performed after the fact it's like a treat and I'm more motivated to do more. Then there are various blank pads for random things and notes that I need to remember. Sounds laborious to this all out lol but it works for me! Hope that helps :)

I think I got it now! Let me check: • The first key creative insight was to use your entire apartment space as memory... and *NOT* to keep everything tucked away on one desk, in one notebook, one phone, or one computer... you spread it all out! • The second key insight was not to figure out the system ahead of time, but rather to provide empty space for memory to form (pads and pencils), and then see what memories emerge. • The third insight was that you move throughout the apartment in certain habitual ways throughout the day, which you can leverage to your advantage; in particular to start the day with the wall with to-dos; • The fourth insight was to use ta-da lists (not to-do lists). Thank you so much for sharing! 🙏
