there is a lot of fantastic affordable Indian food in Edinburgh, and if you're looking for an easy lunch, I'd recommend Mosque Kitchen, but Mother India is one of my favorite sit-down dinners in the entire city. if you're in town for the Fringe, try to get a reservation! it's tapas style, so best to go with friends and order everything.
