highly recommend this mat for hot yoga!!! they are sticky, so you aren’t slipping around on your mat. i have 3 of these mats and the cacao is my favourite colour.
the 4mm (standard) is great, but the 6mm is even nicer for a little extra knee support. i have three of these mats
