MIHA Sauvignon Blanc

My husband stumbled across this unassuming Sauv Blanc at our local liquor store when looking for something for ‘neighbor dinner’; which is when we combine our household ingredients with our next door neighbors and our families eat together and catch up - usually on a whim.

I wanted something chilled, around $20, and that would be easy to pair with. And let me tell you - he delivered with this MIHA wine. It’s nothing fancy but it’s so delicious and crisp - this is now my go to bevvy. We’ve tried it with salmon, halibut, many different types of Asian food, pizza… the list goes on.
