a sunrise alarm clock!: this has helped me consistently turn my phone off and put it in another room before i go to sleep, which means i don't look at my phone last thing before i go to sleep or first thing when i wake up. the bird chirping sounds are also a really pleasant, soft way to enter the day :-)
