Tons of dishtowels

Have a bunch on hand!! IKEA is a great source for this. I love the colorful ones, but they have neutrals too. You won’t feel too precious about using one to wipe up an oily mess if you know you’ve got a drawerful. This was a game changing first step in eliminating paper towels from the kitchen.
