I've just gotten one recently, but it's upped my baking game significantly. Nothing funner than pouring flour straight out of the bag and stopping right at the exact gram amount.

YES to this! King Arthur Flour has helpful volume/weight conversions for common baking ingredients. Like me, you can memorize that 1 cup of almond flour is 96 grams. 😂

Oh yeah you got to have one for any baking project. Another use: measure exact serving portions by taring to zero, scooping out -50g or whatever, then taring again.
