“If you know me, you know I've had severe eczema for years. This is one of the only cleansers I can use as a hand wash that doesn't irritate the eczema. I use it as a cleanser on my whole body, especially in dryer weather. It's not quite right for my face, but if you have dry-ish skin you can also use it as a facial cleanser.
