blast from the past. not sure if this was a gift from a family friend of a stroke of genius on mom's part. early stage body acceptance and a beautiful way to allow a young person to make private discoveries and gain knowledge about their bodies in a way that didn't feel embarrassing. i couldn't wait for my first training bra!

“Formative text for me especially since my mom did notttt talk to me about my body changing in any meaningful way when I was young. However she did supply me with this and I had unlimited access to tv and internet… anyways this body book is so informative and graphic (in a good way!) however as someone who developed a little faster than her peers I was still embarrassed by my body not looking like”
