work icebreaker: ask for recommendations

Most ice breakers ask too much (pressure!) or too little (boring) of people. No one wants to dig deep over stale bagels. But it's always fun to ask people what they recommend--books, shows, podcasts, a nearby lunch restaurant. Bonus points if you keep a list and then share it with all the participants
