“I always felt like I was missing out with chili crisp because I can’t handle too much spice/heat, and then I found this crunchy garlic topping. It’s more umami than spicy, but still has a very gentle kick. I mostly put it on Asian or Asian adjacent food, but it’s great on eggs as well. There’s always a jar open and a back up jar in the pantry because I never want to run out!”
