All Time’s “Big Steak Event”

At the Los Feliz restaurant All Time, which I love and frequent, I’ve always avoided the market price “big steak event,” usually around $200, assuming that it was cynically marketed and “not worth it.” Shame on me: one night recently my party of four decided to splurge for it and I did an about face; it’s maybe the best deal in town?

It was MORE than enough food (hefty, super flavorful steak, with an absolutely enormous pile of perfectly grilled potatoes, Jimmy Nardellos, Chinese broccoli, and cauliflower), even if we hadn’t ordered a salad and a pasta; with a couple starters or sides it could easily feed six.
