popcorn in dutch oven

the premiere way to make popcorn at home (if you have a dutch oven). very easy too. 1/4 cup olive oil (oil type can very, but it will change the flavor). 1 cup popcorn kernels. add some salt. put the stove on high until the oil starts to sizzle. put the lid on. wait EXACTLY 3.5 minutes then turn the heat off, remove the lid, and remove the popcorn from the dutch oven. i don't eat dairy, so i don't add butter. i don't think it needs butter, but it's up to you i guess.
