an iPad with minimal but important accoutrement

As a certified elder grad student and wannabe Luddite, I rolled into my first semester with binders, lined paper, and hardback textbooks. After two semesters of hauling all that around, I copied my Gen-Z peers and bought an iPad. My set-up is simple and actually really did improve my ability to learn, but I don't crave the iPad. It's just inconvenient enough to avoid the scroll.

• Goodnotes yearly essentials subscription (for notes, textbooks, making a calendar)
