Read out loud to each other on roadtrips or when camping

Be the skald of your own life! Truly though, reading out loud to each other is such a peaceful, analog way to pass long hours on trips. When you have another 300 road miles and no radio reception, or early hours of darkness in a tent, read a story. Alternate every chapter or so or when you switch drivers.
