Put an actual physical record on when you have to clean

I am not one of nature's instinctive cleaners. I am okay with this, even if my house occasionally isn't. Pick a record at random ( up to two go-backs allowed!) and clean or tidy until you have to flip the record. It's a chance to revisit an old album (highly motivating) that also ameliorates some of the drudgery with a built-in pomodoro method.
