b mat 6mm strong yoga mat

this is the best yoga mat i’ve had yet. They use them in “the class” (amazing laugh out loud bougie somatic workout). Thick, grippy, can take some impact, good for sweaty flowy vinyasa, comfy and squishy enough for yin holds.

“LOVE HERRRRRRRRR. highly recommend this mat for hot yoga!!! they are sticky, so you aren’t slipping around on your mat. i have 3 of these mats and the cacao is my favourite colour. the 4mm (standard) is great, but the 6mm is even nicer for a little extra knee support. i have three of these mats”
