London Falling (Patrick Radden Keefe)
Currently listening to this one and hooked. I think it could’ve been better as a podcast series bc that’s how it’s been flowing, but the plot is so fascinating. It covers the history of grift communities in London, and how an insecure young man gets caught up in all of it. Currently worried for the author’s safety as he is exposing some powerful and dangerous figures here

London Falling: A Mysterious Death in a Gilded City and a Family's Search for Truth
Loose Links
“Not exactly a summer beach read but unputdownable.”
Phoebe Ward
“About a 19 year old who conned two London con men into thinking he was the son of a Russian oligarch, who died under mysterious circumstances. Patrick’s books have a gravitational field that sucks you in. All of his books are impossible to tear away from. This one is no different.”
Hilary
“If you love true crime and exposés on the underbelly of a city and its authorities, this is the book for you. PRK is an incredible writer (duh), laying the groundwork early in the book for reveals way down the line.”
