A true feel good and crowd pleaser. There’s a touch of Christianity throughout the book, but it doesn’t feel like a religious novel IMO. In general the book follows the theme “don’t judge a book by its cover” and explores the ways people are quick to judge others. And my recommendation is to give this “Christian” book a shot before judging its contents. I promise your heart will be warmed

“What everyone says about this book is true- it IS so good. It’s the perfect palate cleanser between more involved books. Theo shows us kindness goes far and that not everything good has to come with a cost!”

“Sweet, old Portuguese man moves to a small town in Georgia and gifts people their own portraits from a local artist. Not much else is going on but it’s lovely!”
