making a little divot in your coffee bed

Recommended by Going Analog

Learned this from James Hoffmann.

Why? Receives the water better during your initial pour for your bloom? (~60g per 20g of coffee)

Otherwise, it just makes better air bubbles. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Don’t ask. Just do it. Lmao.
