i am trying to use less apps to capture all my things. google calendar is huge for me, but i haven't quite figured out my to-do list system yet... currently using a physical planner someone recommended on here that is rly cute but not finding it that easy to use in all aspects of my life.
logging some other suggestions here --
https://www.gravitynotes.app/ - gravity notes is a notes app built on Andrej Karpathy’s append-and-review note. you write everything in one stream, and swipe whatever still matters back to the top.
No account, no folders, nothing to file. costs $. the design looks pleasingly minimal and distraction free
https://www.themitycompany.com/?ref=DenseDiscovery-409 - the stuff app (free) is a "playful, focused to-do list for doers. you can capture tasks in seconds, organize everything, and actually finish what you start." has a bit more capabilities than i might be looking for but also looks pretty lowkey/clean
https://seekflowstate.com/ - flow state is "the bridge between physical writing and your digital world. handwritten pages and voice memos — transcribed, formatted, and saved into the apps you already use." i am a JOURNALER so this might be interesting for transcribing my writing/poetry etc, and my EOY lists (books, words i discovered, etc)
https://mymind.com/ - All your notes bookmarks inspiration articles and images in one single, private place. looks like locker but for everything not just stuff you wanna buy
