Easily the most practical NYC rec for the local or the visiting person. The city isn’t the best at having or maintaining public restrooms so you will need this eventually. Every public bathroom or usable bathroom on a map you can save to your Google maps. This STAYS saving me-a girl who always has a beverage in hand. I lived in NYC when blackberries were more popular than iPhones and also at a time in life when my chronic UTIs were so virulent that I was going to the ER on a semi-regular basis. I desperation, I learned how to do a very convincing ~5 month pregnant belly, which unlocked a whole new world of bathroom availability. I know, not super ethical, but also if men couldn’t just pee wherever they wanted, I’m convinced this wouldn’t be a problem
